10th Annual Give Me Shelter 5K

Join us for the Give Me Shelter Virtual 5K!

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just looking to get active for a great cause, this virtual race is perfect for everyone.  This race is to support Family Promise of Mid Michigan.

Run, walk, or jog at your own pace, on your own schedule, and share your experience with our online community. Sign up now and make a difference from anywhere in the world!

Really, anywhere?!  Sure, run or walk at home, on your treadmill, in your neighborhood, on a plane, on a train...you name the place - report your time and what event, and we will send you our Give Me Shelter commemorative medal!  How does it work?   If you were already registered for the Give Me Shelter 5K - we can honor your CRIM fit voucher. Once you complete your walk or run, submit your time, and we will send you a medal and commemorative bib.

Additional Details

• We are extending our race until November 30, 2024
• CRIM FIT runners - you need to complete your race by 8/17/2024
• Were you planning on paying race day?  No worries - you can still participate - please click here to register
• All participants will receive a medal and commemorative bib.

Posting Your Results

• You will receive a copy of your receipt to the email provided.
• Once you finish the race, you can click on the EDIT RESPONSE link to submit your time. This form will automatically notify us that you've completed your event, and we will mail your medal.
